      1 c  Soy sauce
      1 c  Water
      6 tb Brown sugar
    1/4 c  Grated gingerroot
      4 ts Oriental sesame oil
      2 ts Rice vinegar
      2 ts Finely chopped garlic
    1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
 
  Mix together and store in refrigerator for up to 6
  weeks.
