MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Pasta with Tomatoes & Basil
      Yield: 4 Servings
     12 oz Uncooked spaghetti rigatoni
           .. penne or mostaccioli
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 lg Clove garlic; thinly sliced
      6 md Tomatoes; peeled, seeded &
           .. chopped (3 cups)
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Coarse grind black pepper
      2 tb Finely chopped fresh basil
           .. -=OR=-
      2 ts Dried basil leaves
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook pasta to desired doneness; keep warm.
  2. Cook garlic until lightly brown in hot oil.
  Remove and discard.
  3. Quickly add tomatoes, salt and pepper to pan.
  Cook until tomatoes are soft and juice evaporates
  and a thick sauce is formed, about 10 minutes.
  Stir in basil; remove from heat. Add to spaghetti
  along with cheese; toss and serve.
