      Title: Peach & Cherry Jam

      1 lg Orange; unpeeled
      6 lb Peaches
      6 lb Sugar
     12 oz Maraschino cherries; cut up
           .. reserving juice
 
  Put peaches and orange thru meat grinder after the
  peaches have been peeled and stoned.
  
  Boil peach pulp with sugar for 3/4 of an hour.
  Then add the cherries and boil 15 minutes longer.
  
  Pour into jars, cover and process.
