      Title: Pork Chop Casserole

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      4    Thick pork chops
      2    To 3 tart apples
      4    Sweet potatoes; peeled
           Salt and pepper
    1/4 c  Water
 
  Wipe off chops, place in a deep covered casserole.
  Peel and slice apples, place on chops. Sprinkle
  with salt and pepper. Slice potatoes 1/2" thick
  and put on top of apples. Salt and pepper, add
  water. Cover tightly and bake one hour at 400°.
  Uncover till browned on top. You can use regular
  white potatoes in place of sweet potatoes. This is
  a good one-dish meal. They don't seem to tire of
  it either.
