Title: Pork Chops with Maple Pecan Sauce

4 (4oz) boneless center cut
.. loin pork chops
2 ts Dijon mustard
2 tb Flour
1/2 ts Ginger
Pam spray
2 ts Vegetable oil
2 ts Maple syrup
1 ts Chopped pecans; toasted
Flatten chops to 1/4" thick; spread with mustard.
Dredge in combined flour and ginger.
Pan fry in oil in a nonstick skillet until brown
on each side, about 3 minutes. Pour combined syrup
and pecans, coating chops. Simmer, covered, until
chops are tender, about 4 minutes, turning once.
