Salt and pepper to taste
2 tb Lard
2 tb Flour
Wash, cut up and dry bird; season. Have fat in
frying pan very hot. Lay the chicken in and fry
brown on both sides until tender. If the chicken
is old, stew gently till tender and fry as above.
