MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Quick Fried Onion Rings
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1 lg Spanish onion; cut into 1/8"
           .. thick rings
  1 1/2 c  Extra light mix*
      1    Egg; beaten
    3/4 c  Water
           Oil for deep frying.
  *Separate recipe.
  Heat oil to 365.
  Combine mix, egg & water until smooth. Dip onion
  rings in; letting excess batter drip back into
  bowl. Fry in hot fat until browned on both sides;
  Can be frozen and reheated in a 400 oven about 8
  minutes, or until crisp.
