4 qt Raspberries
2 qt Cider vinegar
Sugar
Crush 2 quarts raspberries, pour vinegar over
them. Let stand 2 days. Strain and pour the juice
over the other 2 quarts berries. Let stand for
another 2 days. Strain and measure. Add one pound
of sugar for each pint. Boil 5 minutes; skim,
bottle and seal. Use 2 tablespoons to a tumbler of
water.
