MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Red Apple Glazed Chicken
      Yield: 6 Servings
      1 pt Spiced apple rings;
           .. reserve juice
  1 1/2 c  Dry bread cubes
      1 c  Sliced 1/2" celery
    1/4 c  Chopped onion
    1/3 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Reserved spiced apple juice
           .. or water
    1/2 ts Salt
        pn Pepper
        pn Allspice
      4 lb To 5 whole roasting chicken

    1/4 c  Reserved spiced apple juice
      2 tb Light corn syrup
      2 tb Water
  Heat oven to 350. Cut 5 spiced apple rings into
  eights; reserve remaining apple rings. Combine
  with remaining stuffing ingredients. Stuff
  chicken; secure to body of chicken. Place on rack
  in roasting pan. In saucepan, combine glaze
  ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally, until
  heated through. Spoon glaze over chicken. Bake,
  basting occasionally, for 1 hour. If needed, add
  1/4 cup water to basting juices. Loosley cover
  chicken with aluminum foil. Continue baking,
  basting occasionally, for 1-1 1/2 hours or until
  chicken is fork tender. Garnish with reserved
  apple rings.
