MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Rhubarb Pudding Cake
      Yield: 9 Servings
      3 c  .. to 4 diced rhubarb
      1 c  Flour
    3/4 c  Sugar
    1/3 c  Milk
      3 tb Butter; melted
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Vanilla

      1 c  Sugar
      1 tb Cornstarch
      1 c  Boiling water
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
  Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8" square baking
  Put rhubarb in pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk,
  butter, baking powder, salt and vanilla; spread
  over rhubarb. Combine sugar and cornstarch;
  sprinkle over dough. Pour water over; do not stir.
  Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or
  until tests done.
