MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Rice Pilaf with Pecans
      Yield: 6 Servings
      1    Carrot; cut into thin strip
      1    Onion; chopped
      1 tb Olive oil
  2 1/2 c  Chicken broth
    1/2 c  Orange juice
  1 1/2 c  Uncooked long grain rice
    1/4 c  Golden raisins
  1 1/2 ts Sugar
    1/2 ts Salt
      3 tb Chopped pecans
  Saute onion and carrot about 5 minutes in hot oil.
  Add chicken broth, orange juice, rice, raisins,
  sugar and salt. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer
  until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
  Sprinkle with nuts.
