MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Spicy Codfish with Zucchini
      Yield: 4 Servings
    1/4 c  Sliced or slivered almonds;
           .. toasted
      1 ts Vegetable oil
  1 1/2 lb Zucchini; cut in 1 1/2"
           .. chunks
      1    Onion; thinly sliced
      1 pt Chick peas; rinsed
  1 3/4 c  Spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c  Raisins
      1 ts Cumin
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 ts Crushed red peppper
      1 lb Codfish or scrod fillet; cut
           .. in 4 pieces
  1. Heat oil in skillet; add zucchini & onion. Cook
  until onion is limp.
  2. Stir in chick peas, sauce, raisins, cumin,
  cinnamon, & crushed red pepper. Simmer to develop
  flavors, about 10 minutes.
  3. Arrange fish in a single layer on sauce; cover
  and simmer 8-10 minutes, until fish is opague in
  center. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
