Title: Sweet & Sour Brussels Sprouts

1/2 lb Bacon; diced
2 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts; defrosted
.. if frozen
1 md Onion; minced
1/3 c Cider vinegar
3 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts Pepper
Fry bacon until browned in Dutch oven. Remove
bacon, add Brussels sprouts, along with remaining
ingredients and cook about 10 minutes, or until
sprouts are crisp-tender. Stir in bacon. Serve
hot.
Makes 18 servings.
