Title: Tomato Pepper Steak

1 lb Round steak; cut into
.. 1/4" x 1/2" strips
1 tb Paprika
2 tb Butter
1/2 pt Beef stock
2 Cloves garlic; minced
2 md Green peppers; in strips
1 c Thinly sliced onions
2 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Soy sauce
1/3 c Cold water
2 Tomatoes; peeled & wedged
Cooked rice
Sprinkle beef with paprika; brown in butter. Add
broth and garlic. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Stir
in green pepper and onion; simmer, covered, an
additional 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce
and water. Stir into pan; cook, stirring, until
thickened. Stir in tomatoes carefully; heat
through. Serve over rice.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
