Title: Veal Loaf

1 1/2 lb Veal
Little salt pork; chopped
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Sage
1 Egg
1 c Bread crumbs
2 tb Milk
Trifle onion
Mix all together well and form into a loaf. Set
into a skillet, add a little water and bake in a
slow oven (275°) for about 2 hours. Cover the pan
to keep the loaf from drying out.
