MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Vegetable Soup
      Yield: 4 Servings
      1 c  Chopped carrot
      1 c  Chopped turnip
      1 c  Chopped celery
    1/2 c  Butter or pork fat
      2    Chopped potato
      1 c  Chopped onion
      4 c  Milk
  Parboil potatoes ten minutes. Melt butter, add
  vegetables, cook ten minutes, stirring
  occasionally. Add water and boil until vegetables
  are tender. Season, strain, garnish with parsley,
  and serve.
