MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
      Title: Venison Meatballs & Sauce
      Yield: 6 Servings
  1 1/2 lb Ground venison
    3/4 c  Oats
    1/3 c  Chopped onion
      1 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Oregano
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1    Egg
    1/2 c  Milk

    1/3 c  Chopped onion
    1/3 c  Chopped green pepper
      1 pt Tomatoes
    1/2 pt Tomato sauce
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Cayenne
    1/4 ts Oregano
      1    Bay leaf
    1/2 lb Ground venison
  1. Combine meatball ingredients. Shape; brown in a
  bit of shortening. Remove meatballs.
  2. Add onion and green pepper to drippings; saute
  until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients.
  Simmer about 20 minutes. Add meatballs; simmer an
  additional 40 minutes. Remove bay leaf before
